Due to CPU loading setting on WES7 is not the same as Windows 7, so the CPU performance on Windows 7 is better than WES7 with default setting of CPU loading. Please try to use the following process to verify process and modify the registry about CPU loading. Moreover, it will increase the CPU performance for WES7 and affect the numbers of writes to page files.

For emample, if your system is WES7 and is configured to use "Balanced" scheme...
then go to the related regkey and change AcSettingIndex (REG_DWORD) value to the one as Win7 (0x3c(60)), and reboot the system.
